Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview
At Shenzhen Chic Technology Co., Ltd. (ECvents), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make it easy to return within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Shipping Costs & Responsibility
We believe in fair trade. The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return (Within 14 days of delivery):

For international orders: To save you the hassle of shipping back, we may offer a full refund without requiring a return. Just send us photos of the issue and we’ll work out the best solution.

Since all kcvents orders include free shipping, your product price is the full amount you paid. You will receive a full refund of that amount once the return is approved.

3. Return Eligibility  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, in original condition
  • Complete with all original packaging, accessories and tags
  • No signs of mounting or use

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products, Reason : Made specifically for you.
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used or installed items (covered by warranty if defective)
  • Consumables (filters, etc.) unless defective

4. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All orders ship free worldwide. However:

Import duties and taxes are NOT included in your order total. These fees (if any) are determined and collected by your country’s customs authority or the shipping carrier upon delivery.

5. 3-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All products include a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from the 14-day return policy.

6. How to Initiate a Return (4-Step Process)

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Please include your Order ID and photos of the product.
  2. Approval: We will reply within 12 hours. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original box. Do not use a bubble mailer for fragile or large parts. Ship the package to the address provided in our email instructions.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot refund to a different payment method.

8. Exchanges
To ensure you get the correct item as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • Faster Way: The best way to exchange an item is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item immediately.
