ECvents.com Limited Warranty for KCVENTS Products

This Limited Warranty is provided by Shenzhen Chic Technology Co., Ltd. (“CHIC”, “we”, “us”), the operator of ECvents.com.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly on ECvents.com (“Covered Products”). Purchases from other websites, marketplaces, offline channels, or third-party sellers are not covered under this ECvents.com warranty policy.

1. What This Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, this warranty covers manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal use under proper installation and operation.

At our option and at no charge, CHIC will repair the product or replace defective components/parts. Any replaced parts become the property of CHIC.

2. Warranty Period

All our products include a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails due to a defect, we cover the cost of repair or replacement, including shipping both ways.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover any damage or defect caused by:

  • Accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Failure to follow the product’s operating/installation instructions
  • Incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, tampering, or modification
  • Household pests, fire, lightning, natural disaster, flood, pollution
  • Abnormal voltage, power surge, or unsuitable power supply
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage not affecting performance, consumables (if applicable)

4. Replacement Units

If a replacement unit is provided, it will be covered only for the remaining (unexpired) term of the original warranty period.

5. How to Request Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase from ECvents.com (order number/invoice)
  • Product model and serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue, plus photos/videos if available

We may require the product/part to be returned for inspection. If a claim is not covered, we may offer paid repair/replacement options where available.
