The Industrial Air Curtain creates an invisible wall of air designed to separate environments efficiently and economically. Delivering air velocities up to 30 m/s, it prevents temperature loss, blocks dust and insects, and maintains clean, stable indoor conditions across large factory or warehouse openings.

Constructed from powder‑coated steel with a reinforced, riveted frame, it resists corrosion, vibration, and deformation under continuous use. The hot‑dip galvanized centrifugal impeller ensures mechanical balance and long‑term reliability, while a pure copper‑core motor drives steady airflow for more than 8,000 hours of tested operation.

Despite its output, the system remains stable and controlled. Optimized internal duct geometry channels airflow evenly across the entire outlet width, reducing turbulence and keeping noise within 70 – 73 dB. Energy consumption stays low relative to performance thanks to precision fan spacing and efficient airflow management.

Flexible to install and simple to use, each unit includes a dual‑speed key switch control (with optional remote operation) for fast adjustment between low and high velocity. Available in models from 900 to 2000 mm in length, the Industrial Air Curtain accommodates a range of door sizes and industrial layouts.
